• Invitation / visa support from an eligible Uzbekistan tour company where applicable to the passport category.
• Completed and signed tourist visa application form (bring two copies where required).
• Original passport with at least one blank visa page and validity at least three months beyond the visa.
• Passport bio-page copies and recent passport-sized colour photographs.
• Travel purpose, accommodation and itinerary information as requested.
• Personal collection/submission of visa at the embassy when instructed.

Important information

The Uzbekistan Embassy in Pakistan specifies a tourist-company invitation for relevant nationalities, a completed form, photo and passport; applicants must collect visas in person. Additional requirements and fees are confirmed before submission.
