Travel services are subject to supplier availability, destination requirements and the written terms of each confirmed quotation.

Quotations and bookings

A website inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Prices, hotel availability, airfares, baggage rules, schedules, taxes and other terms may change until the customer accepts a final quotation and the booking is confirmed.

Payments and cancellations

Payment deadlines, supplier cancellation penalties, refund eligibility and amendment fees vary by service. Tourazia will communicate the applicable conditions in the individual quotation or booking confirmation before payment.

Visas and travel documents

Immigration authorities determine visa decisions and entry eligibility. No visa approval or processing time is guaranteed. Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports and meeting applicable travel requirements.

Operational changes

Airlines, hotels and other providers may change services due to operational conditions. Relevant alternatives and applicable terms will be discussed if arrangements change.
