Effective 26 October 2026. Tourazia (Pakistan) uses this website to receive and respond to travel inquiries.
What we collect
If you request a quote, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, chosen travel service, departure city or airport, intended dates, travel-date flexibility, traveler counts, children’s ages where relevant to airline and hotel quotations, planned nights in each city, room/hotel preferences, selected transfers and any details you voluntarily submit. The site or hosting services may also process technical logs and cookie preferences.
Why we use it
We use travel inquiry data to contact you, prepare quotations, coordinate customer service, maintain operational records and prevent misuse of the website. If you choose to proceed, relevant information may be shared with travel suppliers to prepare or fulfill the services you request.
Advertising measurement and cookies
Where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices, Tourazia may use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel technologies to measure website visits and travel enquiries, understand advertising performance and show relevant advertisements. These services may process technical information such as browser and device information, page visits, referral details, cookie identifiers and conversion events. The providers may process data under their respective privacy policies. We do not intentionally send passport numbers, national identity scans, banking details or detailed travel enquiry form text in advertising events.
Optional advertising cookies and related tags should be controlled through the website’s cookie-consent preferences. You can reject non-essential cookies or update your choices through the site’s cookie banner or preferences tool. Advertising integrations may require configuration and might not be active until the corresponding account connection has been completed.
Third-party flight comparison
Tourazia provides an optional flight-comparison widget from Travelpayouts on our Flights page. The widget is loaded only after you select the Compare Live Fares option. Once loaded, the external provider may process your flight search, browser or device information and use cookies according to its own privacy policies. Flight prices and offers are provided by third-party sellers; choosing an external offer takes you to that seller, who handles ticket booking, payment, changes and refunds. You may instead send a separate ticket quotation request directly to Tourazia without using the comparison widget.
Indicative flight fare searches
Our separate Flight Fare Search page requests cached airline price observations through Travelpayouts Data API using our server-side integration. When you search, departure and destination airport codes, intended travel month and trip type are sent from Tourazia’s server to Travelpayouts. This search does not send your name, phone number, passport details or enquiry form contents to the airfare data provider. The searches may be rate-limited and cached for reliability. Displayed observations are indicative rather than live bookable tickets. If you separately submit a Tourazia quotation request, your contact details and travel preferences are processed through our internal enquiry system according to this policy.
Tourazia WhatsApp staff alerts
Where configured, Tourazia may use Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to notify authorised staff when a new travel enquiry is saved. These internal alerts identify the enquiry by reference number and broad service category, rather than transmitting passport details, bank information or full enquiry contents to WhatsApp. An authorised staff member signs in to the private Tourazia WordPress lead inbox to review and respond. The recipient has to opt in to business messaging, and the WhatsApp service must be separately connected and enabled before any alert is sent.
Retention and protection
Inquiry information is kept for as long as necessary for customer support, legitimate operational and applicable legal purposes. WordPress, hosting, email and communication service providers may process information to support the website and its services.
Your rights and choices
To ask about your inquiry details, request correction or raise a deletion request, contact info@tourazia.com. Some information may need to be retained where legitimate or legal obligations apply. Please do not submit passport copies, national identity numbers or bank card information through our public inquiry form.
