Documents & Requirements

Indicative requirements for an applicant travelling on a Pakistani passport. We verify the final category, eligibility and mission-specific checklist before accepting payment.

• Complete the Nepal mission’s online visa application and keep the confirmation slip.
• Passport biographical-page copy and original passport for the embassy appointment.
• CNIC copy (for Pakistani nationals).
• Relevant previous Nepal visa and entry/exit stamp copies if already visited.
• Sponsorship letter or bank statement showing at least six months of transactions, plus hotel booking and return ticket where required.
• Original passport, printed application slip and requested originals for consular submission.

Important information

Important: Pakistani passport holders are eligible for Nepal visa on arrival and one free 30-day tourist visa each calendar year. An advance embassy-issued sticker visa may be requested if preferred. Do not imply advance embassy processing is mandatory.
